DO NOT GO HERE. They lie about delivery dates and times and point fingers to every other carrier service. I’ve sent packages before and only had minor problems. I went in earlier last week and paid for the 2 DAY GUARANTEE. It arrived a day and a half late and when I called to ask what the point of paying for this service was - the lady said sorry we are busy and can’t guarantee it. Ummm - maybe you should rename the service. When trying to talk to her she said she was keeping the money I paid and I’d have to take it up with the Post Office because she didn’t have time to deal with it. After asking her where I could file a complaint she again stated she had other things to do and didn’t have time to answer my questions. Someone please come collect the Grinch.
