A warning! Few years ago Blowmedia did a website for me. Very nice and set it up on web. Rather naively hadn't realised, and feel it wasn't made clear, that optimisation of my site was another level of cost and also I had to pay an annual fee. I paid my annual fee on 03/06/15 after last invoice on 01/6/15, but never heard anymore and forgot about website until I employed another company. When I went to use my web address for the new site, I was informed that Blowmedia wouldn't release part of the information pertaining to the site, so the website is unusable. I was told it was because I hadn't paid my annual fees and the site had been taken down by Blowmedia some time ago. I had and have not received any further invoices nor been informed about this problem, as I certainly would have paid. I am not a techie and did not understand the process, however, Blowmedia were not transparent about charges and removing the website with the accusation that I have not settled my account is completely unreasonable. Obviously, I still receive promotional emails from them, which has prompted this review.
