When I first began looking for a team to build my dream website, I had numerous companies contacting me with proposals. As an entrepreneur, I’ve learned that the most important thing one can have in business is follow-through. Everyone’s got an idea, but few have the drive and the capital, both financial and mental, to see it through and turn it into an entity that creates jobs, satisfies customers and generates revenue. As such, the number-one thing that I wanted to find with my website team was someone I could trust and someone that gave me confidence that they would follow this project through and get it done the right way, no matter what. Over the past nine months, I’ve been fortunate to have worked with Blue Archer. Whether it be the nature of my non-traditional business, my move from PA to California (and the annoying time zone difference that came with it) or numerous changes to the functions of my site, their team has been incredible in following through and accommodating me in a way that is nothing short of spectacular. In particular, I’d like to thank Amber, my project manager, for being more focused than myself on the project and holding me to deadlines, as well as explaining various functions of a website such as hosting, SSL security, payment automation, APIs and more. I know very little about these tools and topics and having someone that could break down the barrier between developer and customer was paramount for my success. We’re about a month after launch right now, and I’m thrilled with what my site has become. It has drastically changed how customers and employees interact with and view the business, and has allowed me to scale my company at an exceptional pace. I tell my employees that attention to detail and communication are the two most important competencies for any job, and Blue Archer exemplifies these traits. In short, I am very satisfied with my decision to work with Blue Archer. From an idea to a dream and hundreds of work hours later, I know have the perfect website.
