Worked for the company for over a year and a half always paid incorrectly and was a battle every month to get what I was owed, employees treated almost sub human

Takes in more profit than any of the major brands representing tv and phone companies yet pays the least, they offer good commissions insentives but never deliver even when you hit targets, useless

Friendly co-workers, meet some nice people and make friends but that’s about it really. Always chime in with this people first always waffle but that’s a lot of tosh! They only put you first if they like you.

Blue square is one of the worst companies I've ever worked for, they have a payroll department that continuously made mistakes, managers who I wouldn't trust to run me a bath nevermind staff and they do anything to get rid of you. So basically don't get a job with them.
