We have worked with Bluestorm for over 3 years and in that time they have become an extension to The Deeps marketing team. They are always pro-active and nothing is too much trouble. They have helped us with our website, SEO and PPC campaigns, created a bespoke booking system, implemented interactive screens in the attraction and much more. Throughout, they have been professional and calm and are a delight to work with.

I cannot recommend Bluestorm highly enough. Hull 2017 is an extremely fast-paced working environment and we have very tight deadlines to adhere to. We all see the team at Bluestorm are an extension of our own team. They work with us to meet deadlines and with their help we haven't missed one yet! They are always quick to respond and are a great support on our campaigns, offering help and advice in all areas. They offer support for marketing strategies as well as "on the ground" delivery of campaigns, through media planning, copywriting, artwork, print and delivery/distribution. In April/May alone we have worked with them on an Easter campaign targeting families in Hull and East Yorkshire to visit Hull, producing press and radio ad for Radio 1’s Big Weekend, and on show specific artwork and print for one of our community focused festivals. Working with Bluestorm for the first time came as a result of us needing to create a new website. Our needs were varied and complex at the time as our Trust was growing and some re-branding needed to take place at the same time as updating existing sites.From our very first meeting it was clear that all of our needs would be met and in a number of cases, beyond. We were able to discuss, at length, our requirements and talk through each area of the site, giving the rationale for wanting certain aspects to be included or to look/feel a certain way. Throughout these discussions the team made suggestions, gave working examples and steered us in the right direction. Once the brief had been finalised, Dan took control and led the whole process from start to finish. He was always available to talk to and communicated well, about the various different stages of the sites production. Once nearing completion, a team from our organisation was invited in to the Bluestorm offices to be given training on how to use and edit the site. This training was tailored to the experiences of all those involved. Again, Dan was brilliant, being very patient, allowing questions to be asked and changing the pace of the session to ensure that we all left clear about how we could use the site.Having now had our site up and running for a number of months, we have found the aftercare service to be of an equally high standard. When we have any queries, they are always dealt with in a timely manner and if the problem is a little more complex, we are told how long we should expect to wait for a resolution. I can-not recommend this company highly enough. We love our website and our experience of working with Bluestorm has been nothing but a positive one.
