The WORST banking experience I ever had w any bank and any branch. This branch is always under staff and all of the ppl are NOT part of customer services. Employees could not care less about customer. Front employee always have super long fake nail on.Banker want to go home on time so he refuse to help us and take us in, want us to come back next morning. Told me that I can solve my issue with online banking but nope. I have to come back AGAIN to the branch. What a joke. Canceled my account and never take my future business here ever again.

very pleased overall with this branch. always able to assist in all my account, banking or debit card needs. friendly and even the branch manager steps in to assist if it gets busy. but with all banks you need patience as it can get backed up.

Horrible place tried to deposit money in to my account. Polish lady at the window refused said she wasn't doing the deposit and waved me good bye. She was very horrible told her I was going to another banck and she said ok. Everyone at this bank has an attitude I dont recommend it at all. They get their atritude when management is not around..

Met with the retail relations banker, to add my wife to our new account, ended up opening 2 more accounts for the kids, and start to get them accustomed with depositing their own money. VERY friendly and Family friendly!

I'd give them zero if I could. I opened a new account back in October with Stephanie, I did everything she told me to do in order to receive the $300 bonus in 120 days. Needless to say I never got it. I went into the branch and spoke with the manager who said I should revive a call back in 7 days. Here I am almost 2 weeks later, nothing back. I was told my deposit wasn't enough to qualify, which I understand. However, I would have had the appropriate amount deposited since it goes into 3 different banks had I been told the correct amount to qualify. I'm guessing I'll never hear back, nor get the bonus. I was looking into opening a CD with a significant amount of money, however, it won't be with Harris now, it'll probably be chase since they've been great with me. Hopefully I'll get some sort of contact back so this can be resolved. In the meantime I wouldn't consider this bank with my money since they seem to bs you in order to open new accounts. Update: been over a month now, still haven't heard back from anyone at BMO Harris.

I am very disappointed with this branch. the rep. was looking at other account and telling me what's going on. Finally the manager had to take over and she took care of matter. I am afraid to open account at this branch or ask them question on my account. They might give me false information
