I have never had a particularly good experience with the service department. The people are nice enough up front, but both times it took a week or two and and the management and staff seem didn’t listen to what was already known and tried to charge for telling me what I had already told them about the machine. After talking to numerous people, the owner ultimately did not charge me for the “Diagnosis” of telling me what I had already told them but was clearly not actually open minded to hearing the customer side. Unless they become more customer-oriented, and better communicate proposed charges before they are incurred I would not do business there again.
