I've had a great experience with Bollinger over the past year as a rental insurance customer. Acquiring insurance was painless and pleasant. They did not try to push anything on me or suggest unnecessary upgrades to the plan. I felt very comfortable with them. When I called to change my address on my renter's insurance and request proof of insurance, the whole process was expertly handled in just a few minutes, thanks to Debbie. Good people!

I've been with the agency on and off over the past 19 years. After moving back from Jersey, my policy was reinstated without issue. Every claim has been handled efficiently including a totalled car, a deer incident, and several windshields.

They were great when we got a policy (auto and renters) premiums were far lower than all other quotes we got. We recently moved and decided to go with a different provider who was offering better for auto and homeowners bundled. My first call to let them know I wanted to cancel was met with a very stand-offish tone followed by an abrupt hang up. My second call to finalize the cancellation of the renters was also met with a quick hang up as soon he finished speaking, even though I had additional questions. I called back and got a pretty snarky attitude. Was planing on getting a quote from them in a year, but do not think that is going to happen now.
