This library is very quiet and peaceful. It is like a nature reserve because all you can hear is birds chirping and the rustling of leaves. In this case, the only sound is people talking, the sound of pages turning, and books being checked out. There are also millions of books to choose from!

My first time at this library. This is a nice little neighborhood library with a lot of items available for check-out. Last week I requested a movie to be delivered to the Sumner library. On my account it showed the movie had been shipped eight days ago but for some reason, unknown to me, the movie was not being delivered to the Sumner library, even though other movies I requested had been delivered and I checked them out.The movie I requested the hold for happened to be available at the Bonney Lake library so I came and checked it out. Carrie the librarian looked at the MIA movie on my account but wasn't sure why it wasn't being delivered to Sumner. She cancelled the hold request for me.

Great customer service. Small but with access to all of Pierce County Library system, the selection is still huge. It was louder than most libraries I've been to so tje advice i saw on reviews to bring earphones is a good idea.

It's a library, so it's always going to rate well, in my opinion because, well I love books. Small selection, but you can place holds for books they don't have and pick up. The parking stinks because the municipal building is right there, too. That's the only drawback. Staff is helpful and nice.

The library is a valuable asset to Bonney Lake, I do have some concerns and that is the NOISE in the library cell phones, loud talking both patrons and staff, when assisting people there instructions are loud and distracting, I myself use the library often in research preparing lessons I teach a Sunday school class, I find myself using the library less and because of the loud noise a library should be quiet thank you for all your services staff vey helpful

Great little library but a little noisy. if you need to focus, don't forget your earphones. The librarians are very friendly, helpful and attentive. My 5 year old grandniece loves it!!!
