(Translated by Google) I was expecting a luxurious and well organized place .. instead I find disappointment .. high prices that do not respect the expectation ... poor food, dirty rooms, zero assistance, a unique disappointment. Two weeks in August .. we arrive on the spot and wait a long time for the accommodation in the room ... and the first discomforts begin, rooms not yet ready and the cleaning staff justifies itself by saying that there are few ... in the restaurant canteen) always the usual recycled food ... and stained fruit ... breakfast from farm dispensers broken juice .. frozen products .. staff without gloves and hair cap ... in the evening at the bar a mediocre piano bar and not all evenings ... and 10 tables with 40 chairs to accommodate more than 1500 people ... pool area with broken beds ... made my complaints asking to speak to the manager I had to wait more than 3 days and only when they received a mail of my lawyer they have deigned to call me ... but without solving anything ... Due settimane ad agosto .. arriviamo sul posto e attese lunghissime per la sistemazione in camera ... e iniziano i primi disagi , camere non ancora pronte e il personale delle pulizie si giustifica dicendo che sono in pochi... al ristorante ( rettifico alla mensa) sempre il solito cibo riciclato ... e frutta macchiata ...colazione da agriturismo erogatori succhi rotti .. prodotti congelati .. personale senza guanti e cuffia per capelli... di sera al bar un mediocre piano bar e non tutte le sere ... e 10 tavolini con 40 sedie per ospitare più di 1500 persone ... area piscina con lettini rotti ... fatto le mie lamentele chiedendo di parlare con il direttore ho dovuto aspettare più di 3 giorni e solo quando hanno ricevuto una mail del mio avvocato si sono degnati di chiamarmi ... ma senza risolvere niente ... posterò alcune foto ... sconsigliatissimo state attenti non incappare in questo posto ...
