We switched to Brad Carlisle State Farm several months ago, at first just moving our personnel vehicles and home. Because of the fantastic, fast and friendly customer service that we received from Ms Donaldson in Mr Carlisle office we decided to move our commercial policy for our HVAC business over to Mr Carlisle as well. After about two months of having our questions answered same day via email or phone call and after being provided with much better quotes then several other insurance companies we moved our general construction Liabilty over to Brad Carlisle again because of the way Ms Donaldson has treated and responded to us. The biggest surprise thus far was receiving a call from Mr Carlisle Just to thank us not only for our business but for being easy to work with. We have not had a claim but I fully expect we will be treated with the same courteous fast service that we have been treated with so far
