If I could give them 0 stars that’s what they would be getting, I had bought a house so had to drop my renters insurance they then bumped my car up to full coverage that I didn’t want so I would be paying the same amount as I with renters, then I bought a new car and had to carry full coverage and they charged me way more and had to pay a security deposit well I found a way better price else where and canceled the insurance only about 2 hrs after I paid that money well it was a hassle canceling with them and then they charged my bank account for the monthly payment after I just gave them a month in advanced that was also owed due to switching. This place is seriously a joke. Do not go threw them they are scam artists. 2 weeks later still not refund!

We had the opportunity to complete an auto loan with Anita Laird this week. She treated us like family! Everything was explained completely, she went above and beyond, and we believe we came out much better than we would have with the dealership. We are relatively new to State Farm but have been impressed with every aspect and every person encountered so far at Brad Larsen Insurance

Brad Larson and his team is Fantastic! From the beginning he helped make sure that i received what i needed and wanted without ripping me off. After dealing with Mr. Larson quite a few times, i received a call from a young lady who cared and helped out just as much. She even gave me some great advice! This feels more like friends than business. Oh, not to mention i saved a tone of money leaving Progressive. Thank You for everything !!!
