Got a pair of name tapes done by them. The stitching was off on one of them, so I said something to customer service. They not only sent me a new pair, but they upgraded them to velcro name tapes (something I'd forgotten to ask for in the original order). All redone for free. Are you kidding me? Good stuff.

I ordered custom name tapes from your website and forgot to say yes to a hook fastener on one of the four name tapes I ordered and immediately contacted your customer service email. The associate with customer service said there was no way to alter my order and told me I had to order a new one. Just kinda bugs me that you can't alter an order and recharge me the correct amount. I gave two stars because of the good prices.

You shouldn't go here unless you have absolutely no other choice. The prices are outrageous. Being that this is the only surplus store near Drum, they get to set their own prices and will rip you off. They do offer many services, which is the only reason I give them 2 stars; however don't be suprised when you have to tell them to re-do their work because they did it completely wrong (mispelled names, backwards nametapes, etc.) You would be better off going to clothing and sales or patriot tactical if you care about money. Bradley's prices are full retail, if not higher.
