Feedback:

Innovative agency full of exceptional talent & growth opportunities. A terrific place to work!

Feedback:

Great place to work. Forward thinking content marketing agency with an incredible culture and talented creative professionals!

Feedback:

Brafton has been a critical partner for BrightClaim in content creation since 2012. They have most recently shown superior customer service and flexibility as our company goes through some major change and brand transformation. Brafton's talented team has been nothing but professional and eager to please as we partner on some larger, long-term projects.

Feedback:

Knowledgeable and responsive. Quality writing.

Feedback:

Since 2014 Brafton has provided Family Reach with Digital Marketing support through pro bono services and consultancy. They continue to be a great partner for us as we continue to grow and expand our fight against Cancer-Related Financial Toxicity.

Feedback:

They send spam emails. And then stupid additional spam emails "apologizing" for their previous spam emails. And then they don't take the hint when you block the first email address and email you from ANOTHER address. Annoying people who never signed up for your emails is not a good way to do marketing.

Feedback:

My firm was able to partner with Brafton for the past year. Not only did they provide stellar work but they were responsive and showed a true interest in supporting my small business with top quality. We worked out a statement of work bundle deal where we really got a lot of great content for our investment. The work Brafton did for us helped showcase our services/experience and truly changed the complexion of the business.

Feedback:

If you like people, especially people who are fun, friendly and actually excited about the work they do, you'll like Brafton. This company has a lot to offer its clients and employees, and at the core, it's the people who work hard to make it great. There's so much opportunity to be truly involved with the business, from how its run to what we offer, and it doesn't matter if you're an exec or in an entry-level role. We are constantly working to grow and strengthen our services (which has meant there've been some bumps along the way), and our employee offerings, from little perks like fresh fruit and team outings to building new teams and developing more diverse content offerings for our clients.

Feedback:

WORST MARKETING EXPERIENCE. I strongly recommend NOT using Brafton for your companies content marketing needs for several reasons. For the duration of our 6 month contract, everything from “quality content” to communication has been a letdown. Even when threatening to terminate our contract early, in hope that Brafton would try to redeem themselves, they swept my company needs, our paid in full contract, under the rug, without any care for us as their client. 1. They don’t care about the customer. For 6 months, and finally tapering down to the end of our contract, Brafton was consistent in supplying a poor customer experience journey with very little redeeming qualities. You would think that new customers would receive upmost service and quality care, instead, you are ignored.2. As a paying customer, you are NEVER a priority. Content is not delivered on time. Neither teams, editorial nor account executives respond in a timely manner and repeatedly ignore notes or requests for help. In 6 months, of all the phone meetings and emails, Brafton account executives are constantly rescheduling or missing meetings. It is a poor example of responsibility, accountability and management. 3. Content delivered is sub-par. Go onto Glassdoor and read the reviews, employees express their misery and disappointment with the company and management. In a highly competitive and digital environment, this marketing company cannot even do the basic SEO writing and I find myself CONSTANTLY revising their “unique” articles. They also charge a $1200 “on-boarding” fee for new clients – which they claim is to “educated their workforce” on your market. I’m convinced that Brafton used this fee to provide their employees with crayons since they have the competency level of a child.

Feedback:

After what Ive heard through the grapevine, I would NOT recommend that anybody work here as a content writer.Continuously adding feeds to your writers already full workload not only decreases the productively of employees but also yields less than great results for the clients who are expecting high quality content. I know that the writers at Brafton are great at what they do, but I would re-evaluate the management hierarchy and rethink what Brafton's values and mission truly are. It seems that the company is more concerned about meeting monthly numbers than the quality of their content and the morale of their employees.Very unprofessional management and is it clear that the company is run by a group of young adults who are new to the professional world and do not see the bigger picture when making decisions that in the end, negatively impact not only their young employees who are taken advantage of, but also their clients who are not getting the high quality work they are expecting. I would NOT recommend anybody work here.
