I have brought a lot of items to Brand Elevations, blankets, and jackets to be embroidered. Everything was great at first, but a lot of mistakes were being made. I brought a blanket to be embroidered for a wedding gift. They created a sample of the font on a piece of cloth and everything was perfect. They called me on a Monday to let me know it was finished and when I picked it up on Wednesday, the owner said, "I hope you are in a good mood today" as I walked in. He spelled the name wrong and he told me that he didn't even look at it until minutes before I came to pick it up, I was leaving for Ohio on Friday and he wasn't going to be able to fix it until the following week, after I got back from the wedding. I was still charged full price for the embroidery. The most recent mistake was on 2 jackets I had made for my boyfriend for his business. I dropped one of them off on 4/19 and the other on 4/24, and I was assured that I would have it way before 5/10 for my boyfriends Birthday, on 5/5. When I emailed them to pick it up on 5/8, the owner told me it wouldn't be done until 5/10 or 5/11, and again I was still charged full price. When I just picked up the jackets yesterday the quote on the back had the exclamation point on the outside of the quotes. I do not know how many times we discussed what I wanted, as well as writing it down and giving him a business card that had the quote right on it. When I emailed him and said that I wanted it in the inside of the quotations and may be bringing it back if it bothers my boyfriend. The email I got back and I quote was, "I expect this to be the last communication that we every have! I have earned the right to not be talked down to by someone like you and ask that you take your disrespect and attitude some place else." The owner doesn't like to be told he is wrong or messed up and your business means nothing to him. He is never in the shop during his posted hours, so countless times I have driven all the way to Avon for him to not be there. Also, to top it all off the owner was supposed to send my boyfriend quotes on tee shirts and hoodies on multiple different occasions from Christmas until now and he still has not received and information from him. All around this has been a horrible experience.
