I had a great experience with the owner of this store, Anthony Brandellini (spelling? sorry if I got that wrong Anthony). I walked in with my wife and Anthony greeted us, got to know what we we're looking for, didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need, didn't pressure us to make a decision at all, and also gave us a very fair price for a custom built wedding ring.As part of the sale & agreement, he said that he would have the ring mounted and completed for us by Wednesday evening (it was Monday). Sure enough, despite needing to overnight parts of the ring assembly from all over the country, and driving 60 miles to meet me at 10:00 PM on Wednesday evening - he delivered on his word - which to me is a totally refreshing & rare thing these days.As a business owner myself, I have even more respect for Anthony's level of dedication to his clients. Thank you very much for an excellent experience, through and through.
