Had limited time to pick a house. I got driven around quite a bit but there were very few matches shown to what I was looking for. Decided to buy one shown and was expecting to move in as scheduled after my house was sold. I drove down in a U-Haul and had to pay to stay in a hotel. Over a week later, I went to the closing and was expecting to move in. I got there and there was only an island of sod around the house and it required some final updates. Had to go back to a hotel, but was told that the sod would be taken care off. As I tried to get the $1650 back from the realtor or builder (BRB Construction) all I was told after promising it would be taken care of was "Don't call us again, it is not our problem."
