If I could give zero stars, I would. I'm not the person to leave a negative review but this company (and Bev Jenkins, the "real estate agent") we dealt with were the most rude and unprofessional people I've ever had the displeasure of working with.Do yourself a favor and USE SOMEONE ELSE. Full story below.We were paying cash for some property. It was a tax sale and he was very uninformed about the whole process. We called and emailed 10 times for 2.5 months and there was no response. We had money in the game as a deposit, which is pretty unacceptable. We were under contract. He lied to us, told us a different closing date every month (when he would finally respond to an email) and finally, he told us that the deal flopped (not his fault) but there was no communication or condolences.We called him and said that we are simply frustrated because of the lack of communication (in a very calm way) and he got SO defensive, cut me off, called me stupid and hung up. Who does that?!
