I do NOT recommend BrandCo for hire. The company did not provide a FINISHED PRODUCT. BrandoCo. will be REPORTED to the BETTER BUSINESS BOROUGH unless a FULL REFUND is returned as requested. Where is the concern and customer satisfaction of BrandCo? Amber, a small business owner, recently invested $1,700 to receive a logo and business card design. Amber was assigned to work with Reem, a young and inexperienced designer at BrandCo. When Amber expressed her concern over the quality of her logo design, Andy Spears, Account Manager, insisted another designer would be assigned, but quickly emailed her with unfinished logo files that were not approved. She does not have a business card design. She does not have a final logo. She requested a REFUND and she was IGNORED. BrandCo. is a true disappointment. I do not recommend BrandCo. for hire.

The idea of BrandCo is great. And the web designers there are wonderful. But they don't create anything else in a timely manner. They have great customer service, but that only goes so far when you charge a lot for a service up front and then never create the materials. And you should have at least 4-5 weeks before you can expect the website to be completed. I would hire them for website design, but nothing else, which is disappointing because it is so much easier for a business owner to go one place for their designs. I see from other reviews that they were always responsive and had a fast turn around, those posts were almost all from 3-4 years ago. Perhaps something has changed because I don't get responses to my emails for 2-5 days and then it takes another week for anything to happen. When I finally did get my designs, the quality was great - it just took a lot of input from me and a lot of time.

My designers seemed too busy for attention to details. Initially took quite a while to get any proofs and then when they came there was nothing special to the designs. I thought with all the time they were taking to create things I was really going to receive something special. They were always friendly but often late for our scheduled calls. It appears they are not very aware of branding/advertising regulations for real estate like other similar design firms are. My website theme turned out looking nicely (and I get a lot of compliments) but it took a lot longer than I expected. My Business cards look nice and are on good stock but again the attention to detail or thought just wasn't there. Just pack your patience and do not approve any proofs until you are absolutely satisfied with the results. I was just ready to get it over with after several months of waiting for the final product. They are not bad but not stellar either. Just shop around first and compare, then decide. Would I use again? Possibly.

I have been receiving harassing phone solicitations from this company. I listened to the pitch and told them that their services overlap with ones I am already paying for. I kindly asked them to take me off their list and hung up. They immediately called back and told me they can't find my business online and that I need them. I told them to take me off their call list multiple times again but the guy kept trying to talk over me and tried to push his pitch even as I explained I don't need them. Frankly, I wouldn't do business with a company who's employees can't listen to my input and only want to sell me something.

Have used BrandCo before and each and everytime they never deliver the product on time. Placed an order for a revision on email stationary 11/3/2015. Revisions were never uploaded and it is 13 days later nothing. This is unprofessional and inexcusable. If you can't complete the job ontime, please let the customer know. No apologizes, no phone call, nothing. Watch out before investing with this company.
