Prime rib is over priced and undercooked. Salad bar Small and pasta salads made with sour cream then add room temperature and insufficient cooling ( ice bath ) . By 7 or 8pm starting to smell and taste spoiled. And if you're located in Wisconsin your blue cheese dressing should be great. Not sour cream and blue cheese crumbs... just nasty tasting. Dining area is normally very warm. Buy yesterday was okay. Probably because when you have to wait 45+ min. In the bar area and most of the women complained very cold needed lite coat or sweater. Lighting in dining room tearable can't see my food to cutaway fatty chunks... I couldn't tell what was meat or fat.. took home to cook it to a medium like I ordered. I sent a prime rib back 3 time's once. So this time I just took it home and cooked to perfection. Just remember raw, medium rare, medium all come out medium rare to rare and if you figure medium well would be a better med.rare.. nope medium well + everything else on the menu is probably very good but Price's higher than most chicken dinner $20.00. great chicken dinners at other places $12 or less. Great people working there. In short- avoid prime rib unless you like that it moo's when poked with a fork. Avoid pasta salads at salad bar.
