Terrible. NEGLIGENT. We had been clients of this agency when it had a prior owner and came back thinking the standard of service would be maintained when it changed hands to Brandon Greene. First of all, when we transferred our homeowners insurance back to State Farm, Brandon failed to make sure that we had the same coverage as our previous plan with a different agency. As a result, we were unaware that we didn’t have a jewelry rider-and the worst case scenario happened: I lost my wedding ring and came to realize I didn’t have it insured. Which was devastating. The SECOND problem occurred today when I found out that after the Purchase of our new house this summer, Brandon Greene failed to remove our old house from the plan and thus we have been paying for insurance on a HOUSE WE NO LONGER OWN for almost 5 months. This agency is the most irresponsible service I have ever encountered. Needless to say, we have switched companies.
