Staff is super helpful and willing to answer any questions you may have! This is our 4th Renewal and I love them. We love how spacious the apartment is and would definitely recommend this complex!

Terrible place to live, many problems, drug dealers, very old, very noisy air conditioner, leaks in the bathroom, poop goes through the tub, flood in the bathroom run and look for a much better place and with the same price . Very disappointed.

Horrible place, I lived there from February 2017 to November. I spend all my time fighting with roaches. I talked with administration several times but they keep sending u pest control which is not helping. Also before leaving I asked to check and inspect my apartment to make charges from my deposit. It was told me that everything is fine and I will get full deposit. But after several weeks I found out that they found or created reasons to charge me. So if u want to save ur time and health please do not go there. Better to go to firewheel apartments.

They charge me 1000$ for not cleaning the apartment b4 I left I ask them I said I don't have time to clean the apartment how much u all gonna charge me they said they just gonna deduct to my deposit my deposit is 200$ and they said don't worry about it

Worst apartment experience ever. I was a single mother with a roommate living here in July-Oct of 2016. Everyone in my building was a drug dealer, and if I went outside to play with my son I would witness drug deals and the dealer would look at me and tell me to keep quiet. When I moved in at first the apartment was very old and dirty, we left it cleaner than when we got it. Management here is a joke, when an incident happened in late September of 2016 where a drug deal went violent at 3 am and there was a bullet hole in the door above us and we woke up to gunshots, in the early morning my roommate and I went to the manager of the property and told her out of concern for our safety we wants to terminate our lease and find a safer home. She wasn't even aware that there was an incident at all, and she was completely rude to us trying to over charge us on a realtors fee, with no empathy to what we witnessed or had to be apart of the night before with a potentially life threatening situation. She just cared about their money , which we have shown to be great tenants the months we did live there, always paying early and never struggling to pay anything. But she was so rude and DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE SAFETY OF TENANTS. Not too much later our friend in the apartment was robbed in their own home at gunpoint and had the same problem when trying to leave for their safety. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY, STAY SAFE AND STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!

My mom and have lived Brandon walk for a few months. The apartments are older but, We love the community! Our neighbors are wonderful. I enjoy come home to children ride bike, playing at the park and people walking their dogs.The staff get right on top of any maintenance issues, and are always welcoming when we come into the offices.Our apartment is affordable and safe!!! I love the way Brandon walk staff welcomed me and my service dog with open arms.If you a person who believe in the "Golden Rule" do onto to other as you would want them to do on to you" This is the place to live !!!
