Overall Feedback:

My husband and I rented a one bedroom apartment from Brands Capital for about a year. We moved recently because we bought our own home and Marc has been great about working with us to get a subletter for the remainder of our lease. He's very professional and is quick to reply about any concerns we've had about the apartment.The apartment we rented was small but very nice and pretty recently updated. Our apartment was the only place in our price range that had a separate entrance, let us have our own washer and dryer AND didn't have pet fees. I definitely feel like we got a great deal for having such a nice place to live. We've already recommended Brands Capital to a few friends and coworkers.
