I contacted Mr Willingham owner of "brandshout" as I wanted to use a local company to design and develop a ecommerce website..we arrange a meeting and all seemed well...it was only after I had deposited £1000 that I was suddenly made aware that the work is outsourced out of the uk of which if I was made aware at the start would not have proceeded I am now in the process of issuing county court summons to reclaim my money back!
