Thanks for kitting me up for work! I came in on the 11th and the 12th December 2017. Fantastic service from the new lady (sorry I can't remember her name.) As soon as I walked in I was greeted asked if I needed help. She helped me get everything I needed. Fantastic customer service. Got steel toe cap boots and some pants/long sleeved shirt and a sun hat.

Ordered shoes, told i would be called 4 days later as that when they would be in, 6 days went buy, rang them. Told they would be in 2 days after that phone call, an here it is. 11 days later an no contact at all. Very bad customer service.

I was in there this morning and the two ladies the assisted me with my purchase were fantastic. I’ve had issues with getting a comfortable work boot and they were patient, polite and understanding. I will highly recommended brandworx for service and quality products. Thanks guys.

Attended a plumbing job here and the hot water had obviously been off for a very long time but the owner lied about it. Got the idea to get some custom printed shirts for my other business while I was there though. Pretty straight forward but they still managed to mess it up. Came back some weeks later to pick up the shirts and the hot water was still switched off. The same dead cockroach was still there on the floor now in pieces. I don't think they ever clean this place. I've seen some things in my time on this job but it's not often you encounter and owner who deliberately creates a health hazard. Why you would do that on purpose I don't understand. Violation of the state health code. And get a cleaner!

Went to pick up a pair of boots for my partner and took the kids. As they do they needed the facilities of coarse and it was when it came time to wash our hands I discovered that this business have no hot water!!! I asked one of the sales people and she was very apologetic and told me the owner had switched it off because it cost too much. When business can’t even treat customers to facilities with basic health standards you can be pretty sure they treat their staff the same way! Now we call it Hepatitis Worx. Gross! Plenty of other stores around the area where you can get the same thing at the same price so wont be going back here. Value my familys health more than convenience of a closer store.
