I have been with Brandywine for about 4 years. I lived at foster for a few years until my financial status changed and had to go on disability. I needed to move to a more affordable housing. I went on waiting list for heritage park apt’s. Paula was a great help with the transition to my new residence. The mgmt here at heritage park are very attentive. Barry is a good mgr he cares about us he keeps the grounds well maintained. I love my new apartment and would recommend it

Have lived at Heritage Park for 5 years. It is a nice place to live as the community pool is less than 5 minutes away and maintenance handles all the work request within hours! thumbs up!

This is a surprising gem hidden in the McKeesport area. Originally, when I signed a lease with White Oak Farms, I had intentions of staying just for the year. Four years later, I am still here. Why? Because Dru and her staff keep me coming back for more. White Oak Farms is a well-kept, quiet oasis. Maintenance is done quickly and efficiently. The complex is kept clean, rent increases (a fact of life) are the smallest I have ever experienced over any facility I have lived in. I have had the opportunity to call to the Brandywine Agency, they have resolved my concerns efficiently as well. In short, you get a lot of bang for your buck with Gas and Water included. I am looking forward to resigning my lease for another year.

As a resident of the Center Grove apartments in Versailles. The thing I love most is the privacy. I have been here going on five years & have never had a problem with my neighbors.Management has always been helpful with any questions or concerns and willing to work with you. Dan the manager is always available for any problem that I have had with the apartment. And the maintenance people always respond quickly. A nice place to live.

I’ve lived at Versailles castle and it is so close to the bus line and shopping . The manager And his Maintenace guys is always working hard to better the place and my apartment is really spacious! The main office is helpful when I call with a lease question and they have helped me with paperwork for rent rebate . I recommend Brandywine highly !

I have lived in a couple of Brandywine properties one of them being White Oak Village. Very well run and they were always quick to respond to any maintenance issues I had.

I am a former tenant at the Markvue apartments in Irwin. I loved my apartment and my neighbors, as we all became good friends. The onsite staff was wonderful and always kept the place looking great. I recently called because I am interested in moving back and the manager informed me that he was filled up and had no vacancies. i needed to move sooner than later but i am going to make it work until they have a place ready for me, so I got on the waiting list.

I have lived at Center Grove Apartments for over five years now. I love living here. It is a beautiful wooded setting , very well maintained. The on sight staff is very helpful and punctual. Looking forward to another fabulous year !!
