Staff went over and beyond the call of duty to find matching hardware for my front door. Range of products made me feel like a kid in a sweetshop. Service par excellence. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

A great ironmongers shop tucked away in a side street at Swiss Cottage. They have a vast range of metal goods which are on display in the shop area with even more items that are not that they will gladly bring from their storeroom you just need to ask if they have what you are looking for. The staff are all very pleasant and more importantly extremely knowledgeable. If you are looking for metal fittings either standard or more ornemental this is the place for you.

I bought a few brass switches from here. The service was really wonderful. I came by a week later because one of the switches wasn't working properly and they gave me a replacement without any formalities. It was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had dealing with returning goods. All the other switches are working fine and look great!
