While seeking a specialty product called Dragon, Medical Practice Edition, I was directed to BRED Agency, LLC by the manufacturer, Nuance. From a customer service standpoint, I can’t complement this company enough. The representative I spoke with, Jordan, was and continues to be incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. The conversation was friendly and informative. Every question I had was answered thoroughly. Every bit of information and product I was promised was delivered on time and right on point from our discussions. I never felt like I was a part of a sales pitch or helping anyone meet any kind of quota. It was a truly great experience working with BRED, and I hope to continue doing so in the years to come!

Our office had a quick and efficient experience with Jordan at BRED. He was attentive and wasted no time getting our office the Dragon program we needed. Since getting Dragon, our Doctors have able to write up patient's charts faster and with less grammatical mistakes. It helps speed up the charting process. It has been a great addition to our office!

BRED agency and Jordan helped us implement dragon medical practice edition 4 into our practice. I have nothing but good things to say about his company. From the initial phone call to helping us through some technical troubles, Jordan was always there. Dragon is a pretty amazing software if you do any type of medical transcribing.
