People working at this office have no clue how to do there job. Most need to be fired. I moved my policies to another agent office. Because they tried to over charge for quotes , over charged for policies in effect, employees had no clue in what to do to fix policies or to correct there mistake. Very rude lady when you walk in. Just a bad office. Even made complaint to state farm.
