Brian has been my agent for all my insurance needs for more than 10 years. As a former agent for a competing company, I understand the need for open lines of communication between the customer and agent to ensure the client receives the best coverage at the best price. Brian has always followed this focus as he has worked with me and I have found him to be one of the best agents, representing any insurance company in the area. I would gladly recommend Brian and his office staff to anyone needing insurance or financial services. Good company, excellent service, great agent.

I would recommend Brian in a heart beat. Brian has gone above and beyond as my agent and has always truly looked out for the best interest of me and my family. He even took the time to call me on a weekend after my wife and I were involved in a horrific accident. Not many agents would take that personal interest in their clients. That is the reason he has been my agent over 10 years.

My State Farm Agent Brian Alexander is the definition of customer service. I have been a customer of Brian’s for over ten years and he always puts the customer first. He is responsive, professional and will take the time to explain policies and available options in great detail. His staff is also great, always helpful! Yolanda is friendly and very knowledgeable.

This is a very helpful location. I've always been able to get anything I needed within a visit, or sometimes even in an email. The people (Vivian was particularly helpful) are nice, and Brian Alexander is always friendly and able to actually recall who you are. That may sound like a weird compliment, but so many place I go, even daily, don't even know my name. State Farm, moreover, Brian Alexander is a good person to go to to get insurance.
