We inherited Brian as our State Farm agent a few years ago and couldn't be happier! His staff are super friendly and helpful, and Brian creates an environment to feel like you're working with a friend, rather than an insurance agent. Highly recommend!

The Brecklin office is great. I signed up for car insurance when I turned 16 and had been with them for well over 10 years. I did a safe driving course, got discounts after most of my birthdays, got married and added my husband's car, insured our wedding ring, and then our house! They've been there for so many milestones. I've never had a problem with a claim (rear-ended twice, one of which caused significant damage) and my old starter cars needed to be towed plenty of times. Brian's office staff are so helpful and great - especially Kathy Jo.

Brian has exceeded my customer service expectations. I had a horrible experience with my previous insurance. I thought that I wasn’t going to be able to get a different insurance and I have a new car. After my daughter searched she found Brian and the process of switching to State Farm was SEAMLESS and the best decision I’ve made. he’s also very kind and sweet, he always tells me have a great day and replies to my email/calls in a timely manner. Most importantly he makes you feel as if he was standing in your shoes and thats hard to come by especially in the insurance field. The price difference with State Farm is almost HALF of what I was paying before. Having Brian as my insurance man is a breath of fresh air and I’m looking forward to many years with this insurance company. he is an asset to state farm and I am beyond pleased!!!!

I have worked with Brian and his team for many years. I have been very happy with their help when I need it and service. They are very knowledgeable with insurance stuff and on financial questions I have. I was happy to hear they do financial products like banking, life, health and retirement. Easy to work with and friendly. Convenient location. Not too pushy. I highly recommend!!

I worked with Lisa Riley and Brian Brecklin at State Farm when I moved here from Arizona. I had to get renters insurance and car insurance. They were extremely helpful and were able to get me a huge savings from what I was paying. They were very helpful, kind and always trying to figure out what was the best options for me. Exceptional Service, love this office.
