Very hard to get them on the Phone. You can email and call and still not a call back. Very disappointing since we have had State Farm for so long. Good rates but this location needs a few improvements.

They are always messing up on our bills sending us notices saying our insurance is going to be cancelled then i go online to pay even tho i had already for that month and it says im all caught up. Evelyn says she will fix things and never does. We moved there still sending mail to our old address even tho we have called and even changed it online. They continue adding family members to our policy even tho we have called to get them off and never approved to put them on in the first place!!!! Worst Location to have state farm!
