I have been a customer of Brian's for quite a few years. Brian's office and office staff is and has been the best one I have ever worked with. I can call Brian or Lori with anything and it is immediately addressed. I also enjoy that Brian is at all of our local events in our town. When I see Brian and Lori in public or at the office they address me by my name and ask how my family and myself are doing. Definitely the personal experience anyone one would want when someone is handling such important things such as ones insurance.
