Horrible, simply horrible. I now understand why it is difficult for women to come forward in abuse cases. Even with photographic evidence, these guys still dismissed a case as a he said-she said. Even when the complaint was being filed, the officer acted as if it wasn't worth his while. Just go ahead and retire if you don't want to do your job. What a travesty. Thank God I don't live in Bridge City and need protection from these lazy, useless excuses for law enforcement. I have always backed the Blue and have always been a strong supporter of law enforcement, but I will never have faith in the Bridge City Police Department again. I will do everything in my power to help this young lady get out of this city since they refuse to protect her from abuse.
