Client Review on Bridgemans Bistro
Feedback:
The staff are very rude and unfriendly! Every time I’ve been they have been extremely rude! The last two times I went for brunch, the first of these two times it was 11:15 and the restaurant was basically empty and we had a party of 7! They seemed very annoyed that we wanted to sit down and have brunch and mimosas and acted like it was a huge inconvenience. The second time we had a group of 6 and went for brunch, again the restaurant was less then half full. They again acted like we were a huge inconvenience and were extremely rude. Then they said they wouldn’t be able to seat because our part was two big so we said we would sit at different tables, then they said their kitchen didn’t have enough burners to make us all food so we said we didn’t mind waiting and just having some drinks and they seemed so rude and told us they wouldn’t be able to seat us for another hour and a half. They turned away a huge bill and are just not good business people and extremely unfriendly and rude. The food is inconsistent. It’s such a shame because the location is absolutely stunning and it has great potential of the staff and management weren’t so horrible!
