We needed some overnight care for my mom and we needed it quickly. I called a couple of agencies. One was quite short with me on the phone and said they would have their director call me. I called back 2 times but never heard from the director. The other was nice but could not accommodate my needs. Then I called Bright Star!! They were so friendly and caring and immediately helped me with my dilemma. Someone came out the next morning and we had everything set up. I’ve never had to work with a homecare agency before and I was very pleased at the efficiency and kindness of the staff. The home care aides that took care of my mom were wonderful. My mom liked them all and even looked forward to them coming. The staff was so helpful even when I needed to make changes to the schedule. I would highly recommend Bright Star. A kind, caring and competent company!

My husband and I are new to Brightstar Care and are so impressed. The way the company is run is way above other agencies we have worked with. The aides we have in our home are professional and like working for Brightstar. It's great to have them as part of the team taking care of my husband.

Bright Star in St. Paul worked with us on short notice to provide overnight care for a loved one in her last days. This allowed us to get some much needed sleep. They were efficient, sensitive to our needs and were able to provide the same person for each shift. Thank you Bright Star!

BrightStar has provided reliable and flexible care of my parents for eight years. Recently, Jeanne noticed Dad having side effects of a new med, and Travis, Director of Nursing, responded quickly on a weekend and set up nurse visits. Thanks!

1. Excellent Intake by Dir.of Nursing & Owner very detailed.2. Good Communication, Detailed, Organized and Scheduled Planner of Caregivers Who Rotate Daily in Your Home and it Finally Prevents Emotional Attachments.3. Caregivers have checkin and checkout app, if not done the Company will call within 15mins. Also a Book is left in the Home Which Gives Report on HOME CARE PLAN AND CARE BIO ABOUT CLIENT, EMERGENCY CONTACT.4. Any Changes in Schedule they call to Report it , As Soon As, REPORTED TO THEM.5. The Client Feels Treatment is GREAT, the CAREGIVER care is Excellent and the NURSE care is Great.
