I searched everywhere for the perfect solution for the customized red diner-style mugs I was looking for to go along with a client’s book release. There are a lot of companies out there offering options, but nothing felt like the right solution. Then I came across Brightwise and I’m SO glad I did. Jeff was absolutely fantastic answering all my questions (I had many!) and helping me through each step of the process. He provided me with options to make sure I was able to get exactly what I was looking for. I received the mugs yesterday — still absolutely stunned by the fast turnaround! — and after having a chance to open them and inspect everything, can honestly say they look fantastic! My client (an author) is so happy and can’t wait to get these in the hands of her readers. Not a single mug was broken, chipped, etc., which is a testimonial to the Made in the USA quality that go into the particular mugs I ordered. I highly recommend Brightwise for all your promotional marketing product needs.
