The police is a joke there. Someone rear ended my car and did a hit & run. Fortunately, I took a picture of the tag number. The next day they sent out 1 officer to check if the van was present at their house. Now after the van wasn't there they marked the house as ''VACANT'' as in nobody lived there & the police case was closed. Nothing more. They didn't even checked the next day. The sad part is that they only drove by at 11am. Obviously 99% of people are at work at that time. So I decided to drive by myself and try to spot the van in front of their property. I needed that evidence in order to re-open the case. So long story short I finally found the van!! 2 officers came. Officer Holmes and another. Let me tell you. When they first saw me. Idk if it was my muscle car, the way I looked or the color of my skin. These guys were 99% against me. They tried so hard to falsely accuse and frame me. They tried to intimidate me telling me I'm technically trespassing, that I'm harassing the owner of the van that crashed into me, that they'll charge me with witness intimidation and so on. Tried to make me feel if I was the one responsible.After telling both officers the whole story all they said was that they couldn't do anything about it. That I'll have to call the officer that was involved in the accident. Keep in mind I live 2 hours away from Cooper City. I asked if I can get the insurance they told me no. I asked if I can have the contact information from the owner they rejected that aswell. No matter what they were against me. & you know what ever since that day I see why some people hate these types of cops. Lots of these cops are Tyrants. It's a good thing I recorded the whole entire incident...

Received a speeding ticket from the Cooper City police department. Definitely was not speeding but cars around mine were doing a higher rate of speed. Haven't had a ticket in over 10 years. However the officer pulled my car aside from a group of cars. Said he "lasered" me yet there were no alerts from my Valentine One. My opinion was he just saw the nice car from the bunch. Tried calling their Sergeant to make some kind of complaint. Unfortunately he wouldn't listen or document my complaint as I couldn't "prove" it. Said to take it to court. So leaving my complaint here on the good old internet. That way if it happens to anyone else there will some kind of documentation that they targeting certain types of people or vehicles.
