The folks at Browning Reagle have always gone above and beyond for me. I remember once when I had a bicycle stolen while I was riding in Ohio. I posted the theft on social media an before the day was over someone from Browning Reagle had seen it and contacted me about filing a claim. Another time a tree fell on my house one night, the next morning someone was out to see to the damage and get the claim filed. As I am a small business owner I often contact them with questions and they are always fast at getting me answers. I could not ask for better service.

I have been an Erie customer with Browning Reagle Insurance for about 5 years, and this was my first homeowners claim with Erie. I have to say that Erie has my back! I had issues with my roof (wind and hail damage) and Erie stepped up to the plate and took care of me. After my initial call to Erie, I had an inspector on my roof within 2 days to evaluate the condition of the roof. The roof damage was approved, and the initial check was in my hands within two days for payment to the contractor that did the work! After the work was done to my satisfaction, the final check was issued. That's service! I could not have asked for a better company to work with!Thank you!Dan

Dana Beckelman helped me move over from another local Insurance office, and for less then I was paying at the other place, provided more coverage in multiple types of polices. Before I moved out of state I had been a customer through Erie Insurance and they have always been better then my times working Allstate or State Farm. Whether it was a quick question or the need to help walk me through the claim process. It was a no brainer to switch back, but with a busy life, I was having trouble finding the time, and Dana helped me out. Browning Reagle is also good place to do business if you live in the area because unlike where I previously had insurance, they give back locally to the community, and that's important too!
