We stayed at the Captian Quarters and it was a very nice house with lots of room for 15 people. The only reason I gave it a 4 star was because the one skylight leaked water when it rained and the outside shower head was broken. Other than that no complaints. I would reccomend this house to anyone.

This used to be company to rent from, but apparently they have changed ownership or management. The house was wonderful, but customer service not. When we came by the office to ask a question, girl at the desk was very annoyed that we interrupted her lunch. Takes forever to get your deposit back. Was told it would be in my account and still had to call again and another story about why it wasn’t there. Will not be going back even though house was wonderful.

I loved the house but the wheel chair ramp is for someone very small. It's too steep and the bottom landing is to small to turn a wide wheelchair. So once we got in he refused to go back out due to the difficulties with the ramp causing hardships on us.

The house we rented was named Haleywood. I understand that not all houses are the same but this was super nice. Clean, very tidy, we LOVED it. The check in and check out was smooth and awesome. We had no problem with the company or the house. We think we will make this our annual vacation. We checked out almost 2 weeks ago and we have not received our deposit back yet but it did say it could take 30 days or so. I am very thankful for the vacation we had this year.

Worst customer service ever. Cancelled our reservation after they couldn't get their paperwork and story straight. Was referred to the manager, and she never called me back. I will never deal with this company again. Ever.Originally, I gave them a 1 for terrible customer service, but I finally got to speak to the manager and she made it right. Still wouldn't rent from them again, mainly because of the other people that work there, but the manager has excellent customer service.

By far the best Vacation Realty on Holden Beach. So professional and accommodating. My family have been with them for 16 years and counting. They make you feel like locals and not tourists.

Southern Seas was a nice house. Aside from the roaches we kept finding inside the house we had a great time.
