(Amber Brooks Williams) We stayed in the Smokies Cabin. When my family got there, everything was great! The cabin "looked" clean, everything we needed was there. Towles, soap, paper products, etc...(starter so it wasn't mean to last long, bring extra if you plan on staying more than 2 day). Our view would of been great if some of the new trees were cut back some. Our only problem with the cabin was the bed bugs in the master. We didn't know until we went to bed and then, started getting bit by something, come to find out that it was infested with bed bugs. I called the manager at 9:51 and had to leave and pray we found a hotel. Our holiday was ruined because of this. We planned on staying all weekend, my 8 and 9 year old sons were so upset that we couldn't stay because there were no vacancies. This was their very first trip to the mountains. The manager was SUPER nice and completely refunded all of money the next day. All honesty, I probably would stay there again, but not in that particular cabin.
