Hot tub didn't work properly, thermostat broken (constant overheat). Called maintenance who came but determined it was too complicated to fix it during our 5 night stay. They only give you "starter" paper products - but they didn't tell us to bring our own TOILET PAPER! (1 roll can't last for 5 nights with 6 people.... I asked maintenance for a second roll, and they said "no.")Only 3 washclothes and 3 handtowels for a six man cabin.Furniture and carpet needs to be replaced - all couch seats sagged significantly, and master mattress was worn into two body spots. Carpet is discolored and stained.I searched and searched the bryson city cabin rentals website to place this review - can't find a guest review access point. We stayed at Gorge-ous View cabin.
