Sunday lunch should be a chance for a restaurant to show off with how well they do simple things. Instead, burnt Yorkshire puddings and rock hard roast potatoes demonstrate an inability to keep up standards. That this is policy rather than misfortune seems to be indicated by staff response to a complaint: "that's a shame."
