Not polite.I recently had an overcharge fee, for the first time too. I made the call to pay it and I began asking about how it got to such an immense payment and she did explain but in a rude manner, as if maybe I was going to argue over it, but I was calm. I did however mention how much it was and she said ”yeppp, that’s right, well you should have known “. I felt uncomfortable paying my own bill by the manner expressed over the phone. And to hear comments like “woooh, you have quite an outstanding amount you owe, “describing my bill. Not professional.Once this bill was paid the next two days I have issues with run up, lagging, restart a few times, over two days. Ridiculous.
