I started working with Tom in 2012. My business was 3 years in and still struggling to find its legs. I needed someone with an outside view on what I was doing to introduce some new ways of thinking that I could not do for myself. Tom was there for that. He was a cheerleader, an idea bouncer, and always had no shortage of ideas for follow up steps. One other extremely valuable guidance he gave me and my business was to remind me of "where I'd been" be that what my mindset had previously been or what I'd been focusing on. After he shared these with me I'd have this awesome perspective of how far I'd come, which is often something we can't do for ourselves. Plus it just sounds completely different coming from someone else. My business made dramatic progress as a result of our working together. And last (but not least!) since we started working together my annual revenues have more than tripled.
