Pity there are NO stars for this organization does not deserve even one from my experience. First communication from their office was Wed, Sep 06, 2017 10:08 am in response to a referral from The Palm Court at The Plaza Hotel in New York City. Conversations followed which were friendly and amicable. The request was to have permission to film for TV a part of The Plaza Hotel .... you call and leave messages which are not answered. You call and when the receptionist asks your name, the person with whom you are dealing is suddenly 'away'. Now on Oct 11, 36 days later without the courtesy of any response, Bullfrog and Baum is NOT a one-stop communications shop working around the clock as they claim to be on their website. Just because this business in located in big powerful New York City does not mean that they are good. My experience with them is disgusting.
