Over the past four months I have been trying to get a quote on a Billboard job. I have stopped by in person. Left a handwritten note. Several voicemails. All I know is that I am supposed to talk to "Tony". I have been unable to get even a callback let alone a quote. Unbelievable, insulting and annoying.
