Feedback:

The lady at the counter was EXTREMELY rude to two gentleman at the counter. There was a language barrier, and instead of being patient and working with them. She raised her voice and was rude. It made me feel uncomfortable. I’ll never visit this location again, nor will I recommend it to anyone.

The new system of them taking your ID / License is much slower then the other locations stand in line and wait your turn. They are taking their time and people are waiting much longer. They need to have a Express lane for the quick things people need that dont require anything.

The people that work here are rude. There is one gentleman who sits on the right that is at least half way polite. All of the others that work there obviously hate their jobs and feel like they cant be fired. Quick service is the only reason they got a two star rating.

I came here with my mother in law to apply for an ID on June 13th. I had to fill the paper work out for her since she cant write in English. I was told i could not look at any of her documents like SSN card or her passport. My mother in law doesnt have her SSN memorized and the employee told me I and my mother in law must have her SSN memorized and all other information without looking at documents, the employee there is named Tammy and she refused to accept the filled out form claiming that the law requires one to memorize your ssn , i am so disappointed in the treatment i received by the BMV employee, and i wish someone could direct me to the law that states my application cant be processed if i dont remember my ssn while at the same time the ssn card was sitting in Tammy's hand. Tammy wasn't professional and made the job so difficult on both of us

Ive payed my fines, had a regerstration block! I have been told by the court and BMV on line that this has been released for ten days or more and the lady at the counter told me that i still had to pay more than regerstration costs we're i feel thatshe was hustling me out of more money! Point blank she was very rude and my thoughts are she had low people skills,,,

I went in at 1 in the afternoon and the line was short and the service was fast and friendly. I spoke with Shirley. She is very sweet. Would definitely recommend this place!
