I ordered my husband a jacket for his birthday and paid for rush shipping just to be sure it was here in time. It still came at the last second. The bag containing the coat had a large sticker but after my husband opened his gift, we quickly realized it was a medium tag on the coat itself. What a disappointment it was for me. I felt so badly. The least you can do is double check to be sure the size ordered is the size sent. Called them the next business day and was told that they were all out of large sizes but they would be in within the week. I waited a week and called again. Next I was told that they would be back in stock within 1-2 weeks. I waited 2 weeks and called again! I was promised an email when the coat finally did ship and made a 3rd phone call when that email never came. The women I spoke with were all very kind. I got a return sticker in the mail to package up and mail them back their mistake with the correct sized coat. Thank you for giving me even more to do. I will never buy from here again, nor recommend them.
