Update: Let me start off by saying their team members are friendly and want to help. Unfortunately I think they have too many clients or a highly inefficient internal communications structure. They promise the world when you have a sales call, but they’re support and services are really lacking. They created a beautiful site for us, but haven’t made any efforts towards improving SEO. The social media component is really nonexistent. We received graphics one time since launching the website, and the graphics had no purposeful design. They were just stock photos with our logo over top. Claim to complete requests in 24-48 hours, but even the simplest of requests typically take 3 days. I believe they’re undergoing some internal issues, and we, the customers, are paying for it. In hindsight I would have gone with another company that doesn’t require a 12 month contract at an exorbitant cost. Props to the employees who work there and keep their composure. ———————————————————————————————————————————————————————The whole team is really helpful through out the design and development stages. Jordan B. was very helpful in helping coordinate across their internal departments and got all of my questions answered immediately even when he had to go ask one of his coworkers. Really great customer service overall. Excited to see the product in action and the results!
